КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНА АРХІТЕКТУРА ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ АГРАРНОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА

Статтю присвячено теоретико-методологічному обґрунтуванню концептуальної архітектури забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрного підприємництва на мікрорівні. У статті розмежовано сталий розвиток як довгострокову траєкторію якісних змін і сталість як системну спроможність відтворювати критичні передумови подальшого функціонування. Зміст цієї спроможності розкрито через взаємозв’язок економічних, соціальних та екологічних результатів із природно-біологічними передумовами виробництва, територіальним контекстом і адаптивністю до збурень. Функціонально розмежовано детермінанти, умови, фактори, ресурси, інструменти і результати, що дає змогу відокремити причини формування траєкторії від засобів управлінського впливу. Причинно-наслідкова модель відображає послідовність, у якій фундаментальні детермінанти та рамкові умови задають простір можливих траєкторій, зовнішні факторні імпульси змінюють параметри функціонування, внутрішня ресурсна позиція і спроможності модифікують чутливість, а господарські та стратегічні рішення формують економічні, соціальні й екологічні результати. Їх накопичення у часі відтворює або послаблює передумови подальшого розвитку. Інституційне середовище трактовано як наскрізний модифікатор причинних зв’язків через правовизначальну, захисно-примусову, координаційну, стимулювально-коригувальну, інформаційну, ризикорозподільчу та адаптивно-трансформаційну функції. Для умов війни, відновлення та європейської інтеграції результативність інституційної трансформації пов’язано не з кількістю формально запроваджених норм, а з їх виконуваністю, комплементарністю, адміністративною спроможністю та співвідношенням довгострокового зниження невизначеності з короткостроковими витратами переходу. Наукова новизна полягає в інтеграції змістового, причинного та інституційного рівнів у єдину архітектуру, що створює основу для операціоналізації через послідовність «властивості – критерії – показники» та обґрунтування впливу на керовані й частково керовані ланки формування траєкторії.
