For authors

The journal accepts articles by Doctors of Sciences, Candidates of Sciences, young scientists (postgraduates, applicants), as well as other persons with engaged in scientific activities. The authors submit articles that are exclusively their own original research in compliance with the rules of citation and references. Submission of deliberately false information or plagiarism is unacceptable and unethical. 

No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue.

To publish an article in the journal "Bulletin of Poltava State Agrarian University. Public Management and Administration" No. 6/2026, it is necessary until October 2, 2026:

  1. Fill in an application form;
  2. Send article formatted in accordance with the specified requirements to the e-mail pdauvisnyk@gmail.com.

Academic integrity

The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

Prohibition of the use of scientific works of the occupying country

Citation in the text and inclusion in bibliographic lists of those sources published in russian in any country, as well as sources in other languages, if they were published on the territory of russia and belarus, are prohibited.

Payment for article publication

Journal does not charge submission fees. Publication fees are charged only after the manuscript is accepted for publication.

Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check.

If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.

After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.

The publication fee is UAH 1,500 (up to 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and publication of the article.

The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.

Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.

Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1,000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.

Journal electronic version will be available on the website before January 4, 2027.

Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it before February 4, 2027.

 

Requirements for articles

A manuscript has to be submitted as a MS Word document (Times New Roman 14, line spacing – 1,5).

Margins: upper – 2 cm, bottom – 2 cm, left – 3 cm. right – 1.5 cm. Pages are not numerated.

Text structure is as follows:

1. UDC.

2. A title (in capitals).

3. Full name of the author (-s).

4. ORCID (obligatory).

5. Scientific degree, academic rank, affiliation.

6. Abstract and key words in Ukrainian and English with the translation of a title and transliteration of surname and name with a volume of a minimum of 1800 characters.

7. Text.

8. Tables and graphics are numbered consecutively using Arabic figures. Notes to a table are textual. The graphics are named below. Names of the tables and graphics are aligned center.

9. Figures and photographs (b&w, greyscale) are “installed” in the main text of an article and sent additionally as individual files in one of the following formats: TIFF, PCX, JPG, BMP, CDR.

10. The list of cited literature is ordered according to citation within the text. The word “LITERATURE” is bold. When drawing up the list, you should comply with the requirements of the National Standard of Ukraine DSTU 8302: 2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of composition”. In order to ensure the quality of scientific citations, it is mandatory to indicate the DOI of the source (if available) in the list of references.

11. References are executed according to APA (American Psychological Association).
