Aims and Scope
The academic journal “Bulletin of Poltava State Agrarian University. Public Management and Administration” aims to disseminate the results of contemporary scientific research in the field of public administration and governance, to develop theoretically grounded approaches to the advancement of public administration systems, local self-government, and public service, as well as to promote the integration of Ukrainian research into the global academic community.
The journal focuses on highlighting current theoretical and applied issues in the development of public administration in the context of transformational processes, decentralization of power, European integration, and the post-war recovery of Ukraine.
Objectives of the Journal include:
publishing the results of fundamental and applied research in public administration and governance;
developing theoretical and methodological foundations of public administration systems;
analyzing and generalizing national and international experience in public administration and local governance;
studying mechanisms for the formulation and implementation of public policy;
covering issues related to public service development, human resource management, and кадрової policy in the public sector;
promoting the implementation of innovative management practices and digital technologies in public administration;
providing a scientific platform for professional dialogue among researchers, practitioners, public authorities, and local self-government bodies.
