Review Procedure
After submitting an article to “Bulletin of Poltava State Agrarian University. Public Management and Administration”, it is subject to double-blind review: the identity of both the author and reviewer is kept hidden.
All manuscripts submitted to the Editorial Board are sent to reviewers automatically, or the editor-in-chief appoints reviewers.
The members of the Editorial Board act as reviewers. If necessary, the Editorial Board seeks advice from expert reviewers who are not members of the Editorial Board.
Impartial reviewers meticulously assess the quality of the submitted manuscript.
If the reviewer urges to make certain corrections to the article, the article is sent to the author to take the comments into account when preparing an updated version or to refute them in a reasoned manner. The author should attach a letter to the revised article that answers all comments and explains all the changes made. The revised version is re-submitted to the reviewer for decision-making and preparation of a reasoned opinion on publication.
The final decision on the option and feasibility of publication is made by the editor-in-chief, and, if necessary, by the meeting of the Editorial Board.
