MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES AS A TOOL FOR ACHIEVING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES IN THE MARKET

The article examines the role of corporate strategy in the modern agricultural business environment, particularly its importance for achieving the operational efficiency of agricultural enterprises. The main focus is on strategic approaches that contribute to competitiveness, including innovative development, diversification, integration, and environmental orientation. Key elements of the strategy include the implementation of cutting-edge technologies such as precision farming, automation, digitalization, and the use of biotechnology, which enhance yields and reduce environmental impact. Special attention is given to the efficient use of natural resources, such as land and water, which are the foundation of agricultural production, and to the role of innovative technologies in ensuring the stability and adaptability of enterprises to changing market conditions. It is identified that strategic management focused on innovation and diversification is essential for maintaining and strengthening the competitive advantages of agricultural enterprises. In particular, the importance of human capital development through employee qualification improvement is discussed, as it allows for the effective implementation of new technologies and the optimization of production processes. The article also considers aspects of developing environmentally friendly production, including organic farming and the application of conservation practices that align with the demand for environmentally safe products. The article emphasizes the importance of integrating natural resources, technologies, and management systems to ensure high efficiency and sustainable development of agricultural enterprises. The necessity of assessing the level of market competition, analyzing competitors, and identifying effective strategies for adapting to changing conditions is discussed separately. The development of innovative strategies aimed at optimizing production processes and improving product quality is a critical condition for enhancing competitiveness. Thus, the article provides a comprehensive overview of strategic approaches that enable agricultural enterprises to adapt to global changes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen their market positions through innovation, environmental orientation, and the improvement of management processes.
