THE ISSUE OF FORMING THE MODERN POLICY OF MANAGEMENT OF THE INNOVATION AND INVESTMENT POTENTIAL OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

Abstract

This article examines the current aspects of the formation of innovation and investment potential of industrial enterprises of the national economy. It has been proven that the formation of an innovative policy will require a large amount of financial resources. In the structure of funds that are directly used to finance innovative business activities, it is practical to override wet funds. These trends still indicate the presence of support from the state and state industrial regulations in the sphere of innovative activity. The continuation of this trend in the future will lead to the gradual waste of opportunities for the formation and further development of the production potential, which today, without a doubt, will require urgent renovation, reconstruction and modernization zatsii. Looking at the influx of important officials, one can point to the key one among them, which may indicate further opportunities for the development of the industrial industry – reliable financing of the processes of updating the main features of industrial enterprises. We are going to talk about the amount of investment that would have benefited from significant changes in the industrial processes of these plants. Our main goal is to create a favorable investment climate, which would allow us to obtain the necessary amount of capital for development. Depending on the large number of legislative and regulatory acts to regulate the financing of innovative activities, important standards within the boundaries of budgetary finance, there is a permanent improvement and destruction in the achievement and implementation of the tasks. Looking at the evidence of innovatively developed regions, the central place in the implementation of the state innovation model is the development of a responsible venture capital enterprise. In this primary form of innovative business, approximately 25-30 thousand can be created. working place, and for this purpose it is necessary to organize a separate system of training in the sphere of small business. This function, since it is of low importance, is the responsibility of the state. The strategic issues directly related to the problems of government management of innovation and investment policy in Ukraine are important. The procedure and criteria for the formation of the innovation and investment portfolio of the industrial sector of the economy have been analyzed in order to achieve the desired scale of production. The peculiarities of the current government policy of forming and managing the innovation and investment potential of industrial enterprises are analyzed. These are the proposals of key officials (factors) that will influence the process of innovation and investment ensuring the sustainability of the development of the industrial sector in Ukraine.
