MANAGEMENT CONSULTING IN THE CONTEXT OF ENSURING THE FUNCTIONING AND PROTECTING THE ECONOMIC SECURITY OF RELOCATED ENTERPRISES

The article describes the modern consulting services market in Ukraine and outlines its main challenges. The most promising markets of consulting services are considered with special attention to tax, management, investment consulting, construction engineering, project modulation, and IT consulting. Current issues related to the provision of management consulting services for relocated enterprises are in the focus. The main areas of management consulting needed by delocated enterprises are described, including the current situation regarding the number of relocated enterprises since the full-scale military invasion. To solve the problem of management consulting for relocated enterprises, the authors propose to create special clusters, which, in their opinion, should interact with the government, economic enterprises of the relevant industry, scientific institutions, and institutions of higher education, as well as territorial communities in which the relocated enterprises operate. The aim of the creation of the above-mentioned clusters is to ensure food and economic security and, consequently, facilitate the development of territorial communities in which the relocated enterprises carry out their business activities. The main challenges faced by managers of the relocated enterprises are analyzed. It mainly concerns the adaptation of employees to a new place, the search for new employees and their training, the study of a new competitive environment, etc. The article elucidates also the main issues of creating a cluster of management consulting for relocated enterprises aimed at implementing new initiatives in the development of the industry in which forcibly relocated enterprises function, information exchange and timely response to it, mediation between state authorities and business activities, the study of the domestic and foreign markets, and creating effective means of promoting social responsibility among businesses. The article considers the main stages of management consulting for relocated enterprises in the context of ensuring economic security.
